ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to take appropriate action in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2018.

2. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, now the fourth respondent has initiated enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties i.e. the impleaded respondents 5 to 7. Considering the same, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7 herein and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
