The petitioner worked as Secondary Grade Assistant in CSI High School for Deaf, Kottaram in the district of Kanyakumari. The petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2014. However, she was not given terminal benefits resulting in submitting a representation to the third respondent on 15.12.2014. Since there was no follow up action taken by the said authority, the petitioner is before this court.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.12.2014 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
