The learned counsel for the 2nd defendant would submit that the defendants 1 and 3 are adopting the Written Statement filed by the 2nd defendant and would be filing a Memo to that effect. There is no representation on the side of the other counsels. 2.Though the 4th defendant has been served through substituted service there is no representation on the side of the 4th defendant. Therefore, the 4th defendant is set ex parte.

The 5th defendant is directed to file written statement by 14.10.2020, failing which orders will be passed. Post on 15.10.2020.
