This petition is filed by the petitioners against the dismissal of amendment petition, by the Trial Court. The amendment sought for by the petitioners is that the spelling of the name of first petitioner's father and the name of second petitioner is wrongly typed and hence they sought amendment.

2. On perusal of the plaint, it clearly shows that there were no initials printed in prefix or suffix of the names of the plaintiffs who are sons and daughters of Chakkravarthy and Sarojammal. The spelling mistake will not

have any have any impact on the order to passed by in the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2009. The Trial Court has also considered the rival issue and this amendment will not affect the relief to be granted to the parties in the suit. This Court do not find any extraordinary reason to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.07.2019 Index: Yes / No Speaking order / Non speaking order bkn To The District Munsiff Court, Ponneri.
