The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC r/w Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (c) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in connection with Crime No.32 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, there shall be a direction to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders.
