ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 341, 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.368 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused have attacked the defacto complainant's ill father with hand and caused injuries. Based on the complainant, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner and other accused persons.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an aged lady and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there are eight previous cases pending against this petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
