The learned Judge, Family Court, Cuddalore addressed a letter to the Registrar-General, High Court, Madras stating that there is no Family Court functioning at Chidambaram, Cuddalore District. However, a direction was issued to transfer the case from Family Court, Thanjavur to Family Court, Chidambaram.

Thus, today the matter is listed under the caption 'For Clarification'

2. In view of the fact that there is no Family Court functioning at Chidambaram, the said HMOP No.81 of 2022 is directed to be transferred to Sub Court, Chidambaram for the purpose of adjudication and for disposal.
