Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.573/A2/2015 dated 02.07.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 2 to accord approval for the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the 3rd respondent Minority Management School from the date of the appointment viz. 27.02.2014 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
