Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to implement the GO.Ms.173, Commercial Taxes and Registration Department dated 13.10.2010 and pass orders revising the seniority in SubRegistrar Grade-II based on G.O.Ms.173 Commercial Taxes and Registration Department dated 13.10.2010.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the GO.Ms.173, Commercial Taxes and Registration Department dated 13.10.2010 and pass orders revising the seniority in Sub-Registrar Grade-II based on the said Government Order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the 2nd respondents had filed counter affidavit on 31.10.2017 stating that in respect of the relief sought for in this writ petition, the Department has already implemented the above said Government Order and passed appropriate orders in respect of seniority of the employees.

3. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
