ORDER

A Memo filed by the petitioner is taken on file and recorded and the same would indicate that the matter has been amicably settled out of Court for a sum of Rs.5,14,19,154/- (Rupees Five Crore Fourteen Lakhs Nineteen Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Four only). For the said settled sum, Demand Draft was given to the respondent and the same has been acknowledged by them.

2. Accordingly, the Original Petition stands dismissed as settled out of the Court. Registry is directed to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner, by way of Demand Draft, in the Court for a sum of Rs.13,14,71,945/-, within a week from today.
