Crl.M.P.No.8586 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.774 of 2018 Crl.M.P.No.8586 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.774 of 2018 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., Sole appellant viz., Chinnaraj, reported died. Now, the wife of the deceased as a legal representative, wanted to prosecute the appeal.

2.This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner/wife of the deceased, as the proposed appellant and add the petitioner as 2nd appellant in Crl.A.No.774 of 2018.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of two weeks and post the matter after two weeks.
