ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(a) r/w 4(2) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012 in Crime No.18 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner committed sexual assault against the defacto complainant's daughter who is aged about 8 years. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner committed sexual against the defacto complainant's daughter who is aged about 8 years. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. It is seen that the petitioner is not only misbehave with the victim girl but also induced her to do other offence. Hence, the petitioner committed very heinous offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
