ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10861 of 2000.

2. This Court vide order dated 04.01.2010 has issued a direction to

the respondent herein to pay the differential wages of 50% from 17.12.1999. However, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent adjusted the overtime wages which was paid by the Society and paid the differential wages. Hence, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this Contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a computation petition before the appropriate Court in the manner known to law.
