ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the orders of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No. 23690 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 and the same had been modified on 02.12.2022 under section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 2.

The learned Aditional Advocate General appearing for the

respondents submitted that the respondents has fixed the compensation in terms of GO.Ms.No.22 dated 09.02.2026 for a sum of Rs.133,10,00,000/- and entire compensation has been paid to the petitioners.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly.
