This revision arises against the order of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Tiruvallur, passed in C.M.P.No.181 of 2014 in C.C.No.279 of 2012 on 19.08.2015.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for second respondent.
3. By the order under challenge, the Court below has, upon the death of the original complainant in respect of an offence u/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, permitted his mother to continue the prosecution. This Court finds no error in the approach of the Court below. The Criminal Revision Petition shall stand dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
