Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus refraining the 3rd respondent from registering the Sale Deed executed by the 4th respondent in favour of the 5th respondent which is kept pending vide Acknowledgement No.538077 dated 03.04.2025/pending document in so far the boundaries mentioned in the sale deed is not in consonance with the boundaries referred in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Saram, by considering petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2024 given to the respondents 1 to 3.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the objections submitted by the petitioner on 07.04.2025 wherein the petitioner is objecting to the sale deed executed by the fourth respondent in favour of the fifth respondent.

2. Heard Mr.J.Rajmohan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Additional Government Pleader (P) appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that already sale deed has been presented for registration and the objection given by the petitioner has been received by the third respondent and that the third respondent will take a decision in accordance with law.

4. Considering the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take a decision on the sale deed taking into account the objection made by the petitioner and after hearing the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.04.2025 Index: Yes/no Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order gm 3/4
