The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.839 of 2019 and final report has also been filed and based on the same a case was taken on file in C.C.No.760 of 2020 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
