ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that she is living at Plot No.229, 2nd Street, Pudur, Chennai-600 083, and belongs to the weaker section of society. Therefore, she has made a request to the respondents Board to allot the said Plot No.229, 2nd Street, Pudur, Chennai-600 083, in her favour.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondent submitted that the second respondent would take up the representation of the petitioner for consideration and thereafter, after enquiry, make recommendations to the first respondent, who will ultimately pass the order.
3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The petitioner, along with a copy of this order, shall produce the representation dated 27.08.2022 before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy.

(ii) The second respondent shall thereafter take up the representation for enquiry and after due enquiry, submit an appropriate report to the first respondent, who in turn shall pass final orders as per their rules and procedures.
(iii) The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation by the petitioner. No costs.
