O R D E R

This revision arises against the order of learned I Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District, passed in Crl.M.P.No.3741 of 2013 in C.C.No.73 of 2011 on 31.12.2013.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The case of the year 2011 relates to an offence u/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. On the death of the complainant, Crl.M.P.No.3741 of 2013 in C.C.No.73 of 2011 was filed by his son informing knowledge of the issue of cheque in favour of deceased father as also the transaction. Considering the same, Court below has permitted continuation of prosecution case by respondent/son of the original complainant. Against such order, this revision has been preferred. The order under challenge is of date 31.12.2013.

Finding absolutely no error in the order under challenge, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
