Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the proceedings of the first respondent with regard to the rejection of the petitioner's application No.A51600158 dated 13.06.2016 and quash the same, consequently, direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner as eligible to prosecute his studies in the five year LLB Course.
