Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable Court in Crl. OP.No. 8932 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Thousand Light Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders and pass such or further orders or orders that may deem fit, or proper, necessary in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.8932 of 2022 on 20.04 .2022 to stay at Chennai and report before Thousand Light Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
