PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.4 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.4 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that due to bifurcation of police jurisdiction, there are some delay and seeks 3 months time to file the final report.

report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
