ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.359 of 2012 dated 05.07.2012 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that F.I.R is of the year 2012 and for the past 9 years no action taken. The petitioner apprehends that the respondent police has become complacent with the accused.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, some of the accused filed quash petition. Crl.O.P.No.19079 of 2012 has been filed by A6 and the said petition was allowed on 17.07.2012. In this case, A1 and A10 are owners of the property and others are tenants. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Taking into consideration that F.I.R is pending for a long time, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in this case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
