(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are looking into the very same issue in W.P.No.30477 of 2012 and the same counsel has been permitted to assist the Court in that matter. There is no point in creating multiple petitions on the same cause of action. We are, thus, not inclined to entertain the present petition.

2.Writ petition is, thus, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
