This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner was injured in an accident, in connection with which, the present complaint was lodged by his father Velu, in which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.227 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the 3rd respondent Police along with the Wound Certificate and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
