(CRIME NO.206 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the conditions imposed on the Petitioner is directed to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.45000 (Rupees Forty Five thousand only) to the credit of the account stands in the name HM GOVT HS ATHIKKADAI A/c No.30176750175, SBI Branch, Koradacheri IFSC-SBIN0061705, for the improvement of the infrastructure in the Government High School, Athikkadai, Thiruvarur District-613 702, in Crl.O.P.No.11541 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11541 of 2022 to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of account stands in the name "HM GOVT HS ATHIKKADAI" A/c No.30176750175, SBI Branch, Koradacheri IFSC:SBIN0061705 for the improvement of the infrastructure in the Government High School, Athikkadai, Thiruvarur District 613 702.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner i.e., " to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of account stands in the name "HM GOVT HS ATHIKKADAI" A/c No.30176750175, SBI Branch, Koradacheri IFSC:SBIN0061705 for the improvement of the infrastructure in the Government High School, Athikkadai, Thiruvarur District 613 702", in Crl.O.P.No.11541 of 2022 order dated 19.05.2022 stands deleted. Further, the time for executing sureties before the learned Magistrate concerned is extended for a further period of fifteen days from the date on which this order copy is made ready.
