Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition "(b) The Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Kancheepuram" imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.12123 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.SATHYA MURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12123 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 24.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
