2. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, as per the practice of the Registry, the suit has to be presented to the AR-II for his signature. Admittedly, this was not done, and hence, there is a defect in representing the above suit, which is neither willful nor wanton.

3. Though this Court is not fully satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, in the interest of justice and to provide one more opportunity to the applicants, the delay is condoned.
