ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that pending this appeal, the Award itself had been passed and he would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present arbitration appeal with liberty to raise all the grounds under Section 34 in the challenge to the main Award.

2. Recording the same, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to raise all these issues in the appeal to be filed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
