CRP No. 2251 of 2026 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

GSA 2.The aforesaid application was filed by the wife namely the respondent herein, seeking for visitation rights of the child. The Family Court granted the right to visit her child who is in the custody of the petitioner, every Saturday, between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. When the visitation rights granted to a mother to visit her child who is in the custody of the petitioner/husband, every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. is just, the question of interfering with the order of the Family Court by this Court through the Civil Revision Petition does not arise. The contentions of the petitioner as raised in this Civil Revision Petition are unsustainable. This Court does not find any merit in the same. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 04-06-2026 Index: Yes/No (2/2) GSA To The Judge, Family Court, Erode.
