Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2016 in respect of the removal of the encroachments made in Survey Nos.19/5 measuring about 0.19.5 Hectares, 20/9 measuring about 0.33.0 Hectares, 21/7 0.05.5 Hectares and Survey No.24/1 measuring about 0.15.5 Hectares, which is classified as "Cart Track" of Kallankulam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District before carrying on any repair works in the said road running North to South, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that respondent No.3 will cause an inspection to be made to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

verify the allegation of the petitioner of encroachment of cart track within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order and if the allegation is found to be correct, take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned and conclude the proceedings within a maximum period of three months thereafter.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
