O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the second respondent directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry initiated under section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that without furnishing any details regarding the enquiry, the petitioner was directed to appear before the second respondent and the petitioner is not in a position to submit his explanation. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the notice.

3. The leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner challenged the notice, he will be satisfied if the second respondent is directed to furnish all the relevant materials regarding the proposed enquiry to the petitioner enabling him to submit his submission.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 24.09.2018 and make a request to the second respondent regarding the particulars of the documents required. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to furnish the documents, which are required by the petitioner, which are relevant for the enquiry.
