] (Through Video Conferencing) Mr.R.Sankara Narayanan, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, takes notice for the respondents.

2.There shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings till the disposal of the Writ Appeals. There shall also be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings before the Assessing Officer and even assuming that, pursuant to the order in the writ petition dated 28.07.2021, certain proceedings have been initiated by the Assessing Officer, all proceedings shall be kept in abeyance and await the decision in these Writ Appeals.

3.Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of.
