Prayer:- This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 7.4.2010 made in A.S.No.14 of 2007 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore reversing the judgment and decree dated 08.12.2005 made in O.S.No.645 of 2004 on the file of the Principal Sub-Judge, Coimbatore.
