O R D E R

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, that the petitioner gave a complaint dated 19.9.2014 and that was enquired into and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and gave a letter requesting the police not to take any action on the above complaint and on the basis of the letter dated 7.10.2014 and on that basis, further action was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dropped. Subsequently, another complaint was filed on 15.10.2014, with the very same allegation mentioned in the earlier complaint dated 19.9.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the letter dated 7.10.2014 was obtained by force from the petitioner and therefore, he has given a complaint dated 15.10.2014 and in the complaint dated 15.10.2014 also, it is mentioned that the letter dated 7.10.2014 was obtained forcibly from the petitioner.

4. As the petitioner has already given the statement to the police on 7.10.2014 requesting the police not to take any action, the petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
