O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.No.352 of 2015 pending on his file and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since the petitioners 2 and 3 are the aged parents of the first petitioner, a direction may be given to the Trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.352 of 2015 within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.352 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, after affording due opportunity to the concerned parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, it is ordered that the petitioners 2 and 3 shall appear before the Trial Court, as and when required.
