Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as per the representations made on 24.12.2020, 27.12.2021, 06.04.2022 respectively to delete the name of the fourth respondent in the joint patta by issuing a fresh patta in the name of the petitioner to an extent of 58 cents in S.No. 13/1A by mutating the same in the revenue records For Petitioner : Ms.R.Aparna For Respondents-1 to 3 : Mr.G.Krishna Raja, Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, made a submission that the respondents have already granted patta in the name of the writ petitioner. The petitioner also acknowledged the same. Thus the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
