O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for the following relief: "for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.6.2018"

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal for plan approval submitted by the 5th respondent is for the approval of the residential lay out and the petitioner land is shown as a pathway in the said approval and hence, she made a representation to the 5th respondent. As no action has been taken by the 5th respondent, she has moved this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent, to consider and pass orders on her representation.

4. Without going into the merits and also not expressing any opinion on the petitioner's representation, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
