C.M.P.Nos.9739, 9740 & 9741 of 2020 in S.A.No.1372 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J., C.M.P.No.9739 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, K.Nachimuthu in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.9740 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, K.Nachimuthu in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.9741 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 and 2 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, K.Nachimuthu and array them as the appellants 2 and 3 in the above Second Appeal.
