Supporting affidavit to this Application shows that one Mr.C.Samson, Advocate has been appointed as Arbitrator. Vide order dated 05.01.2015, Mr.S.Vinod, learned Advocate Commissioner has been appointed with initial remuneration of Rs.10,000/-.

2. On this day, when the matter is listed for further hearing, Mr.S.Suresh, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that warrant of commission has been executed and that vehicle seized has been handed over to the applicant. Submission of the learned counsel is placed on record.

3. Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed his report dated 01.04.2015 and seeks for additional remuneration.

4. Considering the nature of work and the time spent, an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- is directed to be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this application is closed. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.

5. The vehicle shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered, without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if any award has been passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law.
