O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to give Police protection to the petitioner and his family based on the representation dated 30.04.2019.

2.It is seen from the records that there is already a civil suit pending between the parties in O.S.No.456 of 2015. Under such circumstances, the police cannot interfere with the dispute and the parties will have to necessarily workout their remedy only before the competent Civil Court.

3.In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
