This writ petition has been filed challenging the second respondent's order in TRO/AB/RET dated 28.06.2021. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner had sold out the property which was leased out in favour of the first respondent, to a third person. In pursuant to the sale, the first respondent had entered into lease agreement with the purchaser. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
