This application has been filed to grant interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any manner dealing with the suit schedule A B C properties pending disposal of the above suit.

2. The respondents have not filed any counter. The suit is of the year 2019 and issues have been framed.

3. In view of the same, this application is closed with liberty to the applicant to establish their case in trial by adducing evidence.
