ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.02.2022 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20 (b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.61 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.1 Kgs of Ganja illegally. Hence, a case was registered as against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a sole accused. He also submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.02.2022. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
