ORDER

This petition has been filed to bring on record R.Alagumathi, wife of late. Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 60 years (2) R.Suthan son of late Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 35 years both residing at No.68, Sri Chakra Avenue, Thiruvakulam, Annamalai Nagar post, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore district and (3) Ambika daughter of late.Rajamanickam and wife of Babu, Hindu aged about 38 years residing at No.159, Main road, Thandavakulam post, Sirkali taluk, Nagapattinam district as respondents 7 to 9 in the above S.A.No.802 of 2015.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, also having been satisfied with the reasons specified therein, this petition is allowed.
