When the matter was listed on 16.08.2016, for completion of service, it was adjourned to 07.09.2016. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.09.2016, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 14.09.2016 for production of proof of service. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Vinoth, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel on record for the petitioner, requested this Court to pass over the matter and call it at the end of the list.
