Against the sub-division done, the petitioner made an appeal. In the appeal filed by the petitioner, notice of hearing has been sent on 06.03.2015 and 24.03.2015. The petitioner, apart from filing a memo, filed written submission. In view of the pendency of the said appeal, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the appeal in Na.Ka.No.96 of 2015 dated 12.01.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
