This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case and investigate the matter and file a final report based on the complaint dated 06.08.2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a regular case has been registered in Crime No.237/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.08.2014. The said statement is recorded.
