This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by Mrs.Ezhilarasi, other than due process of law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that on the complaint given by Mrs.Ezhilarasi, the petitioner was called for enquiry and the petitioner was not harassed. He has also produced a copy of the complaint given by Mrs.Ezhilarasi.
3. Perusal of the complaint given by Mrs.Ezhilarasi does not disclose criminal offence and it only amounts to money transaction and hence, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by Mrs.Ezhilarasi.
