ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 27.08.2015 in C.M.P.No.141 of 2015 in S.C.No.140 of 2007 passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

2.The petitioner herein is one of the accused in S.C.No.140 of 2007 pending on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur. The said C.M.P.No.141 of 2015 in S.C.No.140 of 2007 was filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., to recall the witnesses P.W.2 to P.W.4; but, the same was dismissed. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition before this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the learned counsel appearing for the accused persons has agreed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Court below to proceed with the arguments; hence, the matter has been posted for arguments on 30.11.2015. 4.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion that there is no need to give any specific direction in this petition at this juncture. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
